3. CUTE RAIN BOOTS

Last year around this time, I spotted one fashionista wearing rain flats and became obsessed with them — but it turns out, rain boots are the way to go in heavy downpour — even when it’s steaming outside. Especially when it’s steaming outside. Mainly because water gets into and creates puddles rain flats and wet grass/slick concrete and train platforms makes for muddy flip-flops and filthy feet.
