We don’t all have sprawling back yards to spread out our summertime furniture but thanks to Home Infatuation, all we need is a corner. This 43.5″ orb has secretly stowed away 4 chairs and a table! Amazing, right?!  The durable resin is available in a brown or gray and there’s a choice of sand or aqua fabric for the cushions. It looks a bit space age but its a cool concept. Stackable and compact, the two favorite words of a small space dweller!

Have you heard of Modcloth? If not, it’s one of my new favorite online retailers. The prices can be a bit pricey, but there is no better place to find vintage-inspired clothing and accessories. Just look at those shoes! They are to die for, no?

My favorite new summer shoes include a bevy of adorable, colorful sandals; platform heels and bright-colored flats. All–yes all–of these shoes are under $60 and all are available to purchase online.

A few surefire picks: the gray Havaianas slingbacks, which are perfect for vacation if you are going to be doing a lot of walking or shopping. Also, these $20 Ecote triple-button t-strap sandals from Urban Outfitters are a no-brainer steal.

While out shopping I started noticing an accessory trend that was in almost every store. From H&M, to Urban Outfitters, to Forever 21, to Claire’s Accessories (and at department stores as well) I was seeing multi-strand necklaces of various colours, designs, materials,  price-ranges, and lengths.

So many to choose from and so pretty as well!

No matter what price range you can afford…trend-spotting fashionistas should buy at least one multi-strand necklace for their late summer/fall wardrobe. Or throw-on many of your own necklaces that you have sitting in your jewelry box to achieve the affect on your own.

When I told my sister I was buying a romper, she laughed in my face. I don’t blame her! I was initially very anti-romper, thinking they looked like toddler clothing or diapers remixed into adult wear. Awkward!

Rompers are a love it or hate it trend, but the four rompers above are undeniably cute and relatively inexpensive.

Designer collaborations are heaven sent for those who want designer styles at a lesser price, and recently, there have been a couple of announcements for new lines that have the online fashion community abuzz.

Buying a pair of Jimmy Choos can easily set you back more than $600, but Jimmy Choo’s new line for H&M will be sure to please shoe addicts with its cheaper prices (most of the shoes will range in price from $99 to $129). The collaboration will not only feature women’s shoes, but also handbags and a men’s collection of shoes and accessories. This is the first time H&M is collaborating with an accessories brand, and with a brand like Jimmy Choo, I’m sure we’re in for a treat. You’ll have to wait a little longer to get your hands on these items, though — the collection’s slated for release on November 14.
