I wasn't a fan of the raincoat, but I told my friend who lives in rainy Oregon to check it out and she loves it! I always suggest scrunching up a plastic bag somewhere in your purse--you never know when you'll want to roll up that raincoat and umbrella and just toss them in a bag so you aren't dripping everywhere (I recommend a reusable cute bag like the Greenaid bag, which comes in a foam grenade package and unfolds into a cute large green reusable bag -> http://www.lovegroverepucci.com/collection-greenaid-2.htm) Keep the great suggestions coming Nana! :o) love the cute umbrella & rainboot idea.
